Butterfly Pea + Amma RELAX Blue Tea Duo

A little pairing I put together with our 28g Butterfly Pea flowers and one Amma RELAX cacao bar.

Butterfly Pea makes a naturally deep blue tea and changes colour when you add a little lemon. The Amma RELAX bar combines cacao with Reishi, Lion’s Mane and Jatamansi.

Nice little duo for the evening with a cup of tea and some cacao.

Butterfly Pea tea: Add a small pinch of flowers to a cup or teapot, pour over hot water and leave to steep for around 5–7 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Add a squeeze of lemon if you want to watch the blue colour change.
