Blue Matcha – Butterfly Pea Powder 70g

Blue Matcha made from 100% Butterfly Pea flower powder.

Naturally caffeine-free with a vivid blue colour that works beautifully in lattes, lemonades, smoothies, mocktails, baking and desserts.

How to use: Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. Mix with a small amount of hot water to form a smooth paste, then add milk, water or your chosen recipe.
