How to Prepare
Daily Ritual (10–20g):
Chop or grate your cacao. Add to a cup of hot (not boiling) water or plant milk. Whisk or blend until smooth.

Ceremonial Serving (30–40g):
Use a larger portion for a deeper, more immersive experience. Blend well and sit with intention.
Optional additions: cinnamon, cayenne, honey, maple, vanilla, or rose.
