Contact Mother Earth Wellness

If you need a hand with an order, choosing a product, wholesale or cacao training, you can contact me directly. Email or WhatsApp is usually the quickest.

Where we dispatch from: Wexford, Ireland. Our company registered office is in Dublin. It is not a retail shop, collection point or public returns counter. If you need to return something, contact us first for the correct instructions.

Order help

If your order has already shipped, the dispatch email is the first place to check because it contains the tracking information attached to your parcel. You can also use the Track Order page.

For delivery information, see Shipping & Delivery.

Wholesale, cafés & practitioners

If you run a health shop, café, studio or practitioner business, start with our Wholesale & Trade overview. Existing trade customers can go straight to the Trade Catalogue Login.

You can also connect with Mother Earth through Faire Direct. Eligible buyers may have payment terms available through Faire, subject to Faire’s approval and terms.

Barbers, salons & other small businesses

Wholesale is not only for health shops, cafés and yoga studios. If you run a barbershop, hair or beauty business, gym, PT studio, massage space, tattoo studio or another independent business, see our Small Business Wellness Retail route.

Want a small wholesale starter range?

If you run a barber, salon, gym, Pilates studio, gift shop, florist, hotel, spa, treatment space or another independent business, you do not need to know the whole Mother Earth range before getting in touch.

Send your business name, town, type of business and roughly what you would like to spend on a first order. If you can, tell me a little about the customers you see too. I can point you toward a smaller range that actually fits the business.

See all wholesale routes or go to the Trade Catalogue.

Get the free cacao guide

I've put together a free beginner’s guide with a first-cup recipe, cacao origins and a little about our community. See the guide and get your free copy. You'll find the email signup there, along with ways to stay in touch.
