This is not just a trade discount page. The idea is to build a genuine practitioner network around good products, useful training, real relationships and opportunities to work together as Mother Earth grows.

Be part of what we are building

You do not need to fit one box. Some people will come in for cacao supply. Some will train with us. Some will stock a small range in a studio or practice. Others may end up collaborating on events, hosting training, referring clients or customers, becoming ambassadors or working with us in ways that make sense later.

There is no promise of paid work or guaranteed income. It is simply a way to get closer to the Mother Earth network early, build a relationship and be considered when relevant opportunities come up.

Cacao for actual practice

Practitioners usually need something slightly different from a normal retail customer: dependable cacao, enough quantity for groups, clear preparation information and a sensible way to reorder.

Know where the cacao comes from

Our cacao is kept separate by origin rather than treated as one anonymous block. We have developed relationships over time with the growers, producers and families behind the cacao we carry. Those relationships help us keep the origin and product story clear.

If you are serving cacao to a group, you should be able to explain where it came from in plain language without inventing claims around it.

Retreats, travelling practitioners & pop-up events

Not everyone works from one studio. Some practitioners travel for retreats, rent venues for workshops, run pop-up circles or bring their work between different locations.

If that is how you work, tell us roughly how many people you normally serve, where your events are based and how often you run them. We can point you toward practical cacao formats, practitioner kits and suitable current stock without making you buy more than you need.

This can also suit retreat hosts, visiting facilitators and wellness businesses putting together short programmes or one-off events.

Practitioners from different backgrounds are welcome

The network is broader than cacao facilitators. We also work with and hear from people across yoga, Reiki, Rahanni, breathwork, sound, meditation, coaching, counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, addiction and recovery work, community wellbeing, mental-health support, shamanic or earth-based practice and other holistic or complementary settings.

That can include people in private practice, voluntary organisations, community services and HSE or HSE-linked environments. Mother Earth products, training and practitioner supply are not therapy, diagnosis, addiction treatment, crisis care or a substitute for qualified medical or mental-health services.

If you work in the HSE, a regulated profession or another clinical/community service, any use of products in your work needs to sit within your own qualifications and scope of practice, employer or service policies, safeguarding, informed consent and relevant medical or medication considerations. Mother Earth is not affiliated with or endorsed by the HSE.

Build around the way you actually work

Some practitioners only want cacao for circles. Others also use tea, botanicals or selected functional products in their studio or retail area. You can browse Blue Lotus, Botanical Tea & Rituals and Functional Mushrooms if those genuinely fit your work.

Practitioner Business Guide — €39

Training & practitioner development

Two different WhatsApp spaces

The free Mother Earth WhatsApp Community is our wider information and community group for people who want to stay connected with Mother Earth, products, events, learning and what we are building.

That is separate from the dedicated Cacao Facilitator WhatsApp Community for people on the facilitator training pathway. The facilitator space is aligned with the course, ongoing learner and practitioner support, and our in-person training days in New Ross. You do not need to be on the facilitator course to join the free general Mother Earth community.

Hosting, events & collaborations

If you have a suitable studio or venue, run retreats or events, or see a natural way to collaborate with Mother Earth, tell us about it. As the training pathway grows, suitable venues and experienced practitioners may also be considered for future local training partnerships. Nothing is automatic or guaranteed; we build these relationships individually where there is a genuine fit.

Different practices, different needs

Reiki, Rahanni, yoga, breathwork, shamanic or earth-based practice, sound, Ayurveda, acupuncture, massage, reflexology, bodywork, coaching, counselling and psychotherapy are not one interchangeable service.
