Shipping & Delivery

We pack and dispatch Mother Earth orders from Wexford, Ireland. Our registered office is in Dublin, but that is not a shop or a collection point. This page explains what to expect when you order cacao, Matcha, tea, gifts or a few things together.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

Tracked delivery is €6. For small, light orders, a €3.50 standard untracked option can appear at checkout where the order is eligible. Most Irish deliveries are normally around 1–2 working days after dispatch, although busy periods and carrier delays can add time.

If you want the reassurance of tracking, choose the tracked option. If an order goes by untracked post, there will not be a live tracking number to follow.

Great Britain

We also ship to supported addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Rates depend on parcel weight and the option available at checkout, so the checkout is the best place to see the current cost for your order.

Europe & other supported destinations

We send to a range of European and international destinations. Availability and the rate shown depend on the destination and parcel. You can read more on our Europe page or International Delivery page.

Klarna & payment options

Mother Earth supports secure online checkout, with Klarna Pay in 3 shown where it is available and the customer is eligible. Klarna approval, availability and payment terms are handled by Klarna at checkout.

If Klarna is not shown for a particular order, use one of the other secure payment methods offered at checkout.

United States

Physical product shipping to the United States is currently paused. Selected digital courses, training and services can still be purchased online from the US where they are shown as available. We will only reopen US physical ordering when the fulfilment and compliance side is properly ready.

Tracking an order

If your order was sent with tracking, the tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
