Mother Earth 10-Blend Mushroom Gummies

Comparing Mushroom Gummies, Capsules and Tinctures by Value

Two mushroom products can look like they're in completely different price brackets until you check how much product and how many stated servings are actually inside. That's why I don't think the price on the shelf tells the full story.

Our Functional Mushrooms range covers a few different formats. If you're comparing products, start with the pack and the label rather than assuming a capsule, tincture or gummy is automatically better value.

What counts as one serving?

Look at the directions on the actual product. If the stated serving is two gummies, a pouch of 60 gummies contains 30 such servings. If the capsule label gives a serving of two capsules, the same calculation applies to that pack. The number of items on the front and the number of servings aren't always the same thing.

Some liquid products specify a volume per serving. Only use the serving information printed on that bottle, and don't try to convert a liquid volume directly into a mushroom powder dose without supporting product information.

Compare ingredients before comparing prices

Our 10-Blend Mushroom Gummies and Advanced Mushroom Complex capsules aren't the same formula. The gummies combine ten listed mushroom ingredients, while the capsules combine four.

A lower cost per serving doesn't make two different formulations equivalent. Look at the species, quantities, additional ingredients and declared purpose first. For help understanding the numbers, see How to Read a Functional Mushroom Product Label.

Convenience has value too

For some people, the best product is the one that fits a normal routine. A powder needs measuring, a tincture needs its own directions, capsules are pre-portioned and gummies are simple to carry. Those differences are practical, not proof that any one format works better.

Our mushroom format guide goes through the broader choices, including what each format is like to use.

Remember dates and delivery

Particularly with a reduced or clearance product, look at the best-before date and any batch notice. Buying five packs because they're cheaper is not a saving if they aren't suitable for your plans. Delivery costs also matter when comparing small orders.

There is no need to chase the biggest milligram number or the most dramatic marketing. Pick a product with information you understand, a sensible pack size and a price that works for you. You can browse the gummy collection or return to the full mushroom range to compare the current listings.

If you're looking at our actual gummy stock, read what's in the mushroom, Sea Moss and ACV gummies. It includes the current best-before dates, which matter as much as the pack price.
