All three training options are currently out of stock. Enrolment is closed. In-person location: Wexford (venue TBC).

Ceramic mug for preparing ceremonial cacao at home

If you want to learn how to prepare cacao, guide a circle and build the confidence to facilitate for other people, this is the Mother Earth training pathway.

Garrett Grace, founder of Mother Earth Wellness and Cacao Facilitator & Trainer, brings the sourcing, product, business, pricing and marketing side.

In-person training location: Wexford (venue TBC).

Choosing cacao for your practice

For our in-person day, we’ll prepare and serve Just Cacao from Sur del Lago, Venezuela. We’ll work through preparing it for a group, tasting it and understanding where it comes from. It’s the cacao we’re using for the practical part, but there’s no one brand you have to use when you go on to hold your own circles. You can also explore our other cacao origins, including Keith’s Cacao from Guatemala and Amma India, to see how the sourcing and flavours differ.

This training is delivered through Mother Earth Wellness. If you later need cacao for workshops or a small retail shelf, see practitioner supply and available trade options.

Choose the format that suits you

Online only — €397: self-paced online training with lifetime access.

Online + 1 in-person day — €497: the online training plus a practical in-person day (Wexford, venue TBC).

The Practitioner Business Guide (€39 value) is included free with both full training options. Optional Cacao Practitioner Kits are available separately.

Professional boundaries & referrals

Cacao facilitation is not psychotherapy, addiction treatment or a medical service. The course keeps the facilitator’s role clear. Where somebody needs clinical mental-health, addiction or recovery support, the appropriate route can include qualified psychologists, psychotherapists, HSE mental-health or addiction services and other suitable professional or community supports.

The aim is practical confidence without pretending a Mother Earth certificate creates a clinical qualification or makes somebody an Indigenous healer.
