Once your order has been dispatched, we send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout where tracking is available.

The quickest option: open your dispatch confirmation email and tap the tracking link there. That link already has the carrier and tracking number connected to your parcel.

A carrier scan can take a little time to appear after a parcel is handed over. If it looks genuinely stuck or you need help, email garrett@motherearth.ie with your order number.
