Rose Rituals, Personal Practice and Learning With Katie
Rose is one of those things that means different things to different people. For one person it's a nice floral tea. For another it's something they associate with memory, love, gratitude or slowing down for a while. I think there's room for both without telling anyone what they're supposed to feel.
A simple practice is enough
You might make a cup of Rose Petal Tea, write in a journal or put a few properly labelled rose petals beside a candle. There's no compulsory ritual and no particular experience to chase. If you prefer cacao, our Rose Infused Cacao is another option for a simple warm drink.
Some traditions describe rose as heart-centred. I take that as a personal or symbolic way of talking about compassion and reflection, not a clinical claim about the heart or mental health.
What about Katie's Rose Healing Method?
We also have Rose Healing Method Level 1 with Reiki Level 1, a self-paced learning programme from Katie Duggan of Wellness with Katie. It includes guided audio, rose-inspired ritual, reflection and Reiki Level 1 learning. It is a course, not a rose product, and you don't need to purchase anything from our rose range to take part.
Personal ritual and complementary learning can be meaningful for some people, but this is not medical treatment and it doesn't replace professional healthcare.
Is that the same as cacao facilitator training?
No. Our Cacao Facilitator Training focuses on preparing cacao, planning and guiding circles and building the practical confidence to work with groups. There is a €397 online course and a €497 online-plus-New-Ross-day pathway. Katie and I are involved in that training together.
If you want to understand the difference between the two facilitator options, our course comparison is the right next read. Choosing a rose course doesn't automatically make somebody a cacao facilitator, and the cacao course doesn't replace Reiki learning.
Know what you're actually choosing
Are you buying tea, a powder for food, a separate tincture, a cacao blend or a learning experience? Those are different categories, and the labels and course information matter. Our rose format guide walks through the product side.
Choose the part that interests you. You don't need the products and the course just because they're all under Rose.
Alongside the learning, you can browse the full Mother Earth Rose range, with rose teas, powder, tincture, rose-infused cacao and gift sets. You don't need to buy any products to take Katie's course.
For a broader look at Reiki and Rahanni, see our guide to sessions, personal practice and optional products. If you're buying for someone else, the vouchers and courses guide explains what can actually be gifted.
