Join Katie Duggan for a gentle 5-day journey through Love, Heal, Relax, Focus and Empower, created around the five Amma Cacao blends and originally shared as Mother Earth’s first online Amma Cacao journey in Ireland.

Katie has had a personal connection with India since travelling there in 2016, and through her work with Mother Earth she has developed a close connection with Amma Cacao and the intention behind each blend.

Across the five sessions, Katie guides you through simple meditation, cacao ritual and quiet reflection, giving you space to slow down, reconnect and create a little time for yourself.

Empower — reconnecting with your own strength

You’ll receive 5 recorded sessions of around 30 minutes each, so you can move through the journey over five days or take it at your own pace.

For the full experience, pair each session with its matching Amma Cacao blend. You can still take part with any cacao you already have.
