Our Blue Matcha is made from 100% butterfly pea flower powder. It is not traditional green tea matcha. It is a naturally vivid blue, caffeine-free powder with a light earthy and floral taste.

Use it in blue lattes, lemonades, smoothies, mocktails, baking and desserts.

How to use

Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. Mix with a small amount of warm water to form a smooth paste, then add milk, water or your chosen base.

Add lemon or another acidic ingredient and the natural blue colour can shift towards purple.
