The Earth name is part of Cacao Lab’s four-element range and gives this bar its earthy, gently warming flavour theme.

Ceremonial cacao, moringa and chipotle chilli.

How to prepare

Chop the cacao and blend with hot but not boiling water or milk until smooth. Start with a smaller amount and adjust to taste.

Natural cacao butter bloom can occasionally appear as pale marks on cacao. This is normal and does not mean the cacao has spoiled.
