Mother Earth Ecuador Cacao & He Shou Wu Duo 270g

A simple bundle of our Mother Earth Ecuador Ceremonial Cacao and He Shou Wu Powder.

The 200g Ecuadorian Ceremonial Cacao comes from Tena in the Amazonian region of Ecuador. It has a smooth, creamy flavour and comes in pre cut pieces, making it easy to prepare at home.

The 70g He Shou Wu Powder has an earthy, slightly bitter flavour and works particularly well mixed with cacao. It can also be added to smoothies, porridge or warm drinks.

How to make

Use around 15–20g of cacao per cup. Add hot water or your favourite milk and gently heat while stirring or whisking until smooth.

Add ½–1 teaspoon of He Shou Wu and mix well.

Add cinnamon, honey, coconut sugar or anything else you enjoy.
