How to make a cup

Sift 1–2g of Matcha into the bowl. Add a little hot water, not boiling, and whisk until smooth and frothy. Top up with water or milk. For an iced Matcha, whisk the tea first, then pour it over ice and cold milk.

The bowl is dishwasher safe; hand wash the bamboo tools and leave the whisk to air dry on its holder. Keep the Matcha sealed in a cool, dry place. Matcha contains naturally occurring caffeine.
