Egyptian Organic Blue Lotus Flowers & Crushed Petals (50g)

Brew a cup of this beautiful Blue Lotus Tea, traditionally known as the Flower of Intuition. A lovely addition to reflective journaling, meditation, evening rituals or simply taking a little quiet time for yourself.

Blue Lotus has a long history of use in traditional and ceremonial practices and has often been associated with intuition, reflection and spiritual ritual.

How to prepare

Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Blue Lotus petals to hot water and steep for around 5–7 minutes.

Avoid steeping for too long, as the flavour can become more bitter.

TIP: Blue Lotus can also be enjoyed alongside Ceremonial Cacao. Add a few petals to your cacao or blend some prepared Blue Lotus tea into it for a beautiful floral twist on your cacao ritual.
