Mushroom Gummies, Sea Moss and ACV: Which Gummy Is Which?

Gummies are easy to pick up, but they're also easy to misunderstand. The pouch looks handy and suddenly every product is being described as if it does the same thing. Here's what we stock and how each type differs.

Our 10-Blend Mushroom Gummies

The 10-Blend Mushroom Gummies come in a raspberry-flavoured pouch of 60. The stated serving is two gummies, giving 30 servings per pouch. The blend lists Lion's Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi and six other mushroom ingredients. That's an ingredient description, not a promise about focus, immunity or energy.

Important for the current stock: the discounted batch is marked best before November 2026. We're in October, so please check the date and whether the pack size makes sense. Two, three or five pouches aren't automatically better value if you won't use them while they're at their best. Read the mushroom label guide if you're comparing quantities.

Sea Moss Gummies are a different product

Our Sea Moss Gummies have sea moss, bladderwrack and burdock root. The current bottle contains 60 vegan gummies. This isn't a mushroom blend and the serving information is different, so follow the directions printed on that bottle rather than borrowing instructions from another gummy.

And the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies?

The ACV Gummies are sold as dated clearance. Their best-before date is April 2026, which has already passed. We're keeping that fact clear. A best-before date is about expected quality rather than being identical to a use-by date, but that doesn't remove the need for proper storage, safety checks and an informed decision. If you would rather have a product still within its stated date, don't choose this clearance item.

Our Gummy Trio includes these different products, with the dates explained on its listing. It's not a promise of extra benefits from taking different supplements together.

What if you prefer capsules or a tincture?

If what interests you is functional mushrooms rather than the convenience of chewing a gummy, compare the Advanced Mushroom Complex capsules or Lion's Mane tincture instead. They're different formulations. Our guide to comparing mushroom formats by value looks at servings, ingredients and price without pretending one is automatically superior.

Why we're pairing gummies with cacao and gifts

We have some cacao, matcha and other bundles that happen to include the mushroom gummies. Those suit customers who want both products, but the gummies' November 2026 date still applies no matter what else is in the box. If you're buying for Christmas in December, a November-dated pouch isn't the one I'd give as a fresh present. Choose a gift without short-dated gummies or a Mother Earth voucher instead.

For buying them now, have a look at the Gummies collection and clearance page. Please read the full ingredients, allergies, serving information and date on the actual packet before deciding. Supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet or medical care.

What about stock after November?

A best-before date isn't a use-by date. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland explains that packaged food can be offered for sale after its best-before date if it's still in fully acceptable condition, and recommends clearly telling customers the date has passed. That means checking the actual stock, storage and packaging, not just deciding all dated gummies are fine. A use-by date is different and cannot be treated in the same way. We'll keep the date clear on any remaining November batch.

If you're unsure about the date, ask before ordering. I'd sooner answer that than have you buy something that doesn't suit.
