Amma India & Ayurveda

Amma cacao is the Indian side of Mother Earth. From our base in Ireland, we make Amma's cacao from Kerala and Goa easier to discover and order at home, with delivery across Ireland, the EU, the UK and further afield where current delivery is available.

Our Amma range sits alongside cacao from Venezuela, Ecuador and Guatemala, giving you another origin to explore rather than treating all cacao as the same.

Amma cacao from India

Start with the Pure Amma 500g cacao, Cardamom Cacao or the five AmmaBars: LOVE, HEAL, EMPOWER, FOCUS and RELAX. Each has its own ingredients and flavour, so the individual product pages carry the exact details.

From India to Ireland & across Europe

Mother Earth is an independent Irish business. We stock Amma here in Ireland and serve customers across Europe where current delivery is available. For trade customers, see our Wholesale & Trade pathway.

From Amma cacao to your own practice

If you are new to Amma, start with the cacao itself. If you would like more structure, Katie Duggan’s 5-Day Amma Cacao Ritual Journey is a simple recorded pathway for personal practice at home.

If your interest later moves toward facilitating cacao for other people, our Cacao Facilitator Training covers preparation, circle planning, working with groups responsibly and the practical business side of getting started. The training is not tied to Amma or any one origin.

Explore the wider Mother Earth cacao range

Amma is one part of our wider cacao work. You can also explore Keith’s Cacao from Guatemala, an independent brand with a different maker and story, or compare Guatemala, Venezuela and Ecuador alongside India in the Mother Earth Ceremonial Cacao collection.

Shilajit & Ayurveda

Shilajit also has a long history within Ayurveda. Explore our Shilajit collection for resin, tincture, capsules and ritual bundles, including pairings with Amma cacao. We keep traditional context separate from modern medical claims.

What Ayurveda and TCM mean in this range

Amma cacao and our tea-family products each have their own sourcing story. Read what we actually stock from these traditions and what we don't claim. These are product descriptions, not medical advice or professional qualifications.
