Butterfly Pea is one of the easiest plants in the range to recognise: the dried flowers make a vivid blue infusion, and adding lemon or lime shifts the colour towards purple.

Our flower range comes through the sourcing relationships behind our Sri Lankan botanicals, keeping the origin and people closer to the Mother Earth range rather than buying anonymous stock.

How to prepare

Add around 1–2 teaspoons to hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Drink it hot, pour over ice, or add citrus if you want the colour change.
