A 3-month, self-paced training for anyone who wants to deepen their relationship with cacao and learn how to confidently hold cacao circles for others.

Choose this option if you want to train fully online. You can complete the course from anywhere, in your own time, and still be part of the same Mother Earth practitioner pathway.

The training brings together Katie Duggan, founder and owner of Wellness with Katie and No.6 Wellness Studio in New Ross, Co. Wexford, and Garrett Grace, Business Consultant, founder and owner of Mother Earth Wellness, Cacao Facilitator & Trainer.

Your Practitioner Business Guide is included

The Practitioner Business Guide is woven into the training pathway and is included free with your €397 course. You do not need to buy it separately.

It gives you a practical bridge from learning cacao facilitation to building something around it: pricing your circles, understanding your costs, finding your first customers, working with studios and venues, collaborations, marketing, product resale and creating other sensible income streams around your practice.

We’ll bring the business side into the later part of the training so it connects with what you’ve already learned rather than feeling like a separate business course.

You can come to the training as a complete beginner, or bring it into work you already do in yoga, Reiki, coaching or the wider wellness space.

You can choose the €497 complete pathway, which includes this online training plus our one-day practitioner workshop in New Ross, Co. Wexford on Saturday 7 November 2026.

Or start with this €397 online course and add the €100 in-person practitioner workshop later. Time TBC.

If 7 November doesn’t suit, we plan to offer further one-day practitioner workshops in Ireland during 2027, with dates and locations TBC.

What you’ll learn

We’ll take you through preparing and serving cacao, building and holding a cacao circle, opening and closing a space, ritual, meditation and somatic practice, working with groups, and finding a style of facilitation that feels natural to you. We’ll also cover the practical side of shaping your own cacao offering.

Who you’ll be learning with

Katie Duggan is the founder and owner of Wellness with Katie and No.6 Wellness Studio in New Ross, Co. Wexford. Katie has been working with cacao since training as a Cacao Ceremonialist in 2021, alongside her wider work in Reiki, yoga, coaching and spiritual practice.

Garrett Grace is a Business Consultant, founder and owner of Mother Earth Wellness, Cacao Facilitator & Trainer. Garrett brings hands-on experience building Mother Earth, working directly with cacao suppliers and producers, developing products, wholesale, retail, pricing, marketing and growing a holistic business and community.

Your certificate & insurance

On successful completion, you’ll receive a Cacao Facilitator certificate through Mother Earth Wellness, Wellness with Katie and No.6 Wellness Studio.

The training can be used when applying for cacao facilitator insurance. Insurance is arranged separately and remains subject to the individual insurer’s terms and approval.

Your practitioner pathway

This isn’t meant to end when the course does. You’ll become part of the wider Mother Earth community and a growing network of people working with cacao and wellness.

Once you complete the training, you’ll also have access to practitioner pricing on selected Mother Earth products for your own circles and cacao work, along with opportunities to resell selected products if that fits what you’re building.

We don’t promise specific jobs or income, but we do want people to have a genuine way to stay connected and supported after training.
