Neem is one of the traditional herbs we bring in through our Sri Lankan sourcing relationship with Mithula.

It has a naturally strong, bitter flavour, so this is not a sweet everyday tea. If you are new to Neem, a lighter first cup makes more sense than brewing it heavily.

How to prepare

Add around 1 teaspoon of dried leaves to a cup of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain and taste before making it stronger.
