Bright, naturally pink and easy to use, our Pink Matcha is made from 100% dragon fruit (pitaya) powder. It is not traditional green tea matcha. It is a naturally colourful, caffeine-free powder with a mild fruity taste.

Use it for pink lattes, iced drinks, smoothies, yoghurt, baking and café drinks.

How to use

Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon. Whisk with a small amount of warm water until smooth, then add milk or your preferred base. It also works well in smoothies, yoghurt and baking.
