I’m Garrett, and I run Mother Earth Wellness from Wexford, Ireland. We supply ceremonial cacao, matcha, teas and a growing range of everyday wellness and gift products. I’m always happy to work with independent shops that want to start with a few products and build from there.

Get your first few products onto your shop

Connect your shop to Syncee. If you use Shopify, open Syncee in your Shopify admin and find Mother Earth Wellness.
Start with a small range. Choose a few products that fit your customers. Message me through Syncee and I can help you check current availability and choose a sensible starting range.
Review before you publish. On Shopify, use Add to Import List to check the photographs, descriptions, pack sizes, supplier prices and your selling prices before uploading the products. Keep the ingredients, origins and product-use guidance accurate.
Check delivery and your numbers. Check the destination, supplier delivery charge and your own checkout shipping settings. Allow for payment fees, VAT where due, returns and any marketing costs when working out what is left from a sale.
Check your update settings. Review the inventory and price-update settings in your import list. Syncee updates depend on your setup; check the imported descriptions after changes, especially for dated stock and dried botanicals.

What happens when someone orders?

Your customer buys from your shop and pays you. You then pay the Mother Earth supplier order through Syncee, including the product and delivery charge. Once that order is paid, it comes through to us for packing and dispatch from Wexford.

You look after your customer, your selling price and your own shop. Tracking is passed back through Syncee when it is added to the dispatched order.

There’s no need to buy a shelf full of products in advance. Start with products you can explain clearly and check what you will keep from each sale before building a bigger range.

What can you sell?

Our main ranges include ceremonial cacao, matcha, hojicha, teas and selected wellness gifts. We also stock dried Blue and White Lotus botanicals, which are sold for botanical and ritual use, not as food or tea.

Not everything on motherearth.ie is suitable for dropshipping. Courses, some pre-orders, short-dated products and certain bundles are better dealt with separately. The current Syncee catalogue is the place to check what’s offered to retailers.

Delivery and stock

We pack orders here in Wexford. Delivery options and prices depend on the product and the destination, so please check the details in Syncee before making promises to your own customers. UK orders need particular care with import charges and delivery arrangements. Physical shipping to the United States is currently paused.

We’d rather give you a realistic delivery expectation than tell you everything can go everywhere.
