What's in the rose-infused cacao?
The Rose Infused Ceremonial Cacao 100g combines Guatemalan cacao with pure rose petal powder and organic vanilla extract. The cacao is connected with women's collectives around San Marcos La Laguna in Guatemala. I like keeping the source and the people behind it part of the product story.
It has the depth of cacao with a light floral finish. If you already know you enjoy rose in food, it's worth a look. If you don't, a plain cacao may be the more sensible place to begin.
What is different about plain cacao?
