Ceremonial Grade Matcha 100g

Smooth, vibrant ceremonial grade matcha for a morning cup, matcha latte or everyday tea ritual.

Finely milled with a bright green colour and a smooth flavour without the harsh bitterness you can get from lower-grade matcha.

Enjoy it hot or iced, with water or milk, in smoothies or alongside cacao.

How to make

Add around 1–2g to your cup. Whisk with a small amount of hot, not boiling, water until smooth and lightly frothy, then top up with water or milk.

Little tip: let the kettle sit for a minute or two before pouring. Water that is too hot can make matcha taste more bitter.

The family behind our Matcha

I am proud of the Matcha itself, but the relationship behind it matters just as much.

We work directly with a three-generation family tea producer in China: Yuan, his son Alex, and little Alex, the next generation growing up around the family tea tradition.

They are not a faceless name on a supplier list. They are people we have built a real working relationship with. We can ask questions, talk directly and understand more about what is behind the tea we are putting the Mother Earth name on.

The tea farming connected with our Matcha is internationally certified, including EU Organic and USDA Organic.

For a small Irish business, being able to trace a product back to a real family matters. It is one of the reasons I want customers to know the story rather than just see another green pouch on a shelf.
